
MY STORY
Born and raised in Kentucky, I have spent majority of my life in the great Bluegrass state. After graduating college and moving around for different job opportunities, I have finally put roots down in the great city of Columbia, TN.

My entire life growing up in Kentucky, bourbon was always a household staple but as my palate evolved through the years, hot sauce became just as important to have in the house to enhance the flavor and heat in every dish. I have always enjoyed trying different hot sauces or spices from different regions or cultures and if it had tolerable heat and great flavor, it was coming home with me.

Before creating my own hot sauce, I was frustrated by the lack of options that combined the bold heat I loved with clean, natural ingredients. Every bottle I picked up seemed to be loaded with preservatives, artificial flavorings, and chemicals—ingredients I didn’t want anywhere near my food​

I wanted a hot sauce that didn’t just pack heat, but also used clean, natural ingredients—something you could feel good about putting on your food. After multiple trial and errors to create the color, consistency, and flavor I desired, I found several recipes that offered a bold, fiery kick without all the junk. Creating this homemade hot sauce has been such a rewarding experience. It's not just about the heat or the flavor - it's about crafting something from scratch with clean, wholesome ingredients that I know and trust.
Each batch is a reflection of my commitment to quality and authenticity, and there's nothing quite like seeing others enjoy it as much as I do.
